Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

My Fiancé and I purchased this couch because we needed something that will fit in our small apartment living room. I was initially worried about how well it would hold two larger adults, (by that I mean over 180lbs each) and I was also worried about fit. When it arrived we put it up in our apartment almost immediately, it took less than 15 minutes to set it up! The instructions were very self explanatory and made it an easy process. The couch holds 3 peoples weight perfectly but it is small so it’s best for 2 people max to sit on for comfort purposes.It’s not the most comfortable couch of course but it’s also not uncomfortable, you can’t really lay down on it but it’s good for sitting and watching a movie and such.Until we have the money and time for a slightly bigger and more comfortable couch I’d say this one is actually pretty great! I think it will hold up for a while and it really is perfect for small spaces, comfortable enough to sit on just not lay on.

Comfort level - Firm with comfy back support, there is a zipper if you would like to add additional padding.I’m 5’ 6” and fit snug. if you are a tall person consider buying a bigger couch.. I assembled it by myself but consider an extra hand moving the boxes. I assembled it all on my own. As for comfort, i like the comfort level. I slept on it on the first night (I’m 4’11) and it held up. It’s a little more on the firmer side but I prefer it like that.I accidentally had a water bottle open on the couch and it soaked all the water. It’s very light in weight.

Our apartment is not big so this couch fits perfectly in between the two bedrooms! It’s a little stiff but I’m sure it’ll soften up the more we use it! It only took about 20 mins to put together and that’s because I did it all by myself. Super cute couch to have for a college apartment.

Sear cushions are firm, back cushions are more plush. Seat depth is kind of short, so if you're tall or long legged, won't be very comfy. Easy to assemble, I did it myself, so one person not a problem. I have no complaints. I do reccomend furniture gliders if you have carpet, doesn't slide very easy.

It was easy to assemble, and is decently sturdy. We’ve had it for about 8 months. It’s not a couch I’d sleep on, but it works and looks nice enough. All of the cushions come vacuum sealed, so it was great for move-in just not opening it until we got there.
We bought this couch for our grandkids play room and the size was great. The cushions seem like they are pretty good quality and it’s comfortable for them.Hopefully it can withstand some rough and tumble boys for a couple years.

We needed a small couch for a space that did not have enough seating. I love it! Its soft and comfy. Add some throw pillows as the back is a bit stiff. But cushions are great. The vacuum pack is neat, the cushions need 72 hours to fully inflate but ours were good after 24. Super easy to assemble. Love the versatility of the ottoman/chaise. Mostly love the chaise part! So if you want a small flexible couch, this is it!!

I'm surprised by how much I love this sofa! Despite being compact, it provides ample seating area and has been an excellent addition to our family gatherings. Plus, the durable construction assures me of its longevity.
Mine is comfortable and have some bounce to it. It's also not as small as i thought it would be, it fit my living room perfectly. Also it was very easy to assemble. To assemble, that only took 10-15 mins max. Also for me personally my cushions only took 1-2 hours to fluff fully. It's a great couch.

This couch is super cute and modern. Looks just like the picture and super easy to put together. It is smaller so make sure to look at the measurements and make sure that it is something you’re okay with! I live in a smaller house so it is perfect! My husband, dogs and I are able to sit on it comfortably. I love the ottoman and being able to move it around. I like how firm it is while still being comfy. The back cushions are short so again-look at measurements to make sure it won’t bother you. I do wish they were taller but I knew when ordering that they weren’t. It doesn’t bother us! We have some throw pillows and a blanket and it adds to the comfort and look. Definitely recommend.
